Employment - Naja Isabelle Home
The Corporation has approximately 35 employees at Naja Isabelle Home

Most of the staff come from the community, working as activity Aids. They provide the care and attention the residents need. The Director of Care is a Registered Nurse, registered in the NT. Our Team Leaders are Licensed Practical Nurses or employees who have equivalent training and experience.

The Arviat Children's Group Home staff are primarily residents of Arviat. Graduates of various "two-year" post-secondary programs dealing with education or care-giving act as Team Leaders in both Group Homes. The manager is responsible for the care and well-being of all the residents and the supervision of staff for both Group Homes.
